What information we hold

We hold business contact details only: full name, job title, company name, business email address, and links to publicly available professional profiles. We do not collect home addresses, financial data, or any special categories of personal data.

Where the information comes from

We obtain business contact details from publicly available professional sources and from B2B data providers that supply business information for sales and marketing purposes. We do not purchase consumer data.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use these details to contact you about Boundeal's virtual data room platform, where your professional role suggests our product may be relevant to your work.

For recipients in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our interest is direct business communication with relevant professionals, balanced against your right to privacy. You can object at any time using the instructions below, and we will stop.

For recipients in the United States, our messages follow the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act, including a valid postal address and a working opt-out in every message.

Who else sees it

You can ask us to provide a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can also ask to receive it in a portable format. We respond to these requests within one month.

How to stop receiving our emails

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any message with the word "unsubscribe", or write to bohdan@boundeal.net. We act on these requests promptly, and in any case within ten business days.
